WARRANTY
Falk Cookware carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in normal use when properly maintained.

Minor blemishes on the copper surfaces that are caused during ocean shipping are not considered manufacturing defects in most cases. Claims for small scatches or nicks will be considered on a case by case basis. Obviously, a small scratch on the bottom of a pan will not affect its performance or aesthetics. A large gouge or dent is a different matter.

The lifetime warranty from the US distributor applies to goods sold within the US only. The manufacturer's one year warranty applies to all other sales.

We are almost always reasonable in these matters as our customer service rating at Yahoo! shopping would suggest. It is impossible to please everyone all the time, but we try. More customer comments can be found here.

COUPONS
Coupon discounts apply only to open stock items and exclude preconfigured sets, special offers, "Try Me" pieces, and other promotional items. Also, coupons may not be used in combination with other coupons. Orders containing multiple coupon codes will be adjusted to reflect the largest discount available with a single coupon.

SHIPPING CHARGES
All orders shipped within the contiguous 48 states via UPS Ground Service will be charged a flat rate of $7.50 on orders up to $249.99, $10.00 on orders over $250.00 and $15.00 on all orders over $500.00. All other orders will be subject to actual UPS charges.

Shipments to Canada via UPS Canada Standard will be charged a flat rate of $15.00 on orders up to $499.99, $25.00 on orders over $500.00, $35.00 on orders over $1,000.00, $50.00 on orders over $2,000 and $100.00 on orders over $3,000 . Since the Yahoo store system does not offer the Canada Standard option, please select UPS Ground Residential. Expedited service will be charged at the actual rate. Taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

For Expedited orders inside or outside the US, additional charges may apply for dimensional weight which is not automatically calculated from the UPS tables. You will be billed for the actual shipping charges with no other markups.

For large orders outside the U.S., please inquire about custom air or ocean shipment charges.

Upon receipt of the information, we will consider your request and notify you if it is approved.

If you are unsure about what you are ordering please order a "try me" piece for evaluation. Remember, copper cookware is heavy and cannot be washed in a dishwasher. Our cookware has a brushed finish, it is not shiny.

Goods returned that are not covered by warranty must be in "as new" condition, be completely free of any marks and in original packaging. Marked returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Unmarked goods will be subject to a 10% restocking fee before coupon and set discounts. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Used merchandise WILL NOT be accepted for return unless covered by the warranty

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED?
Falk Culinair is committed to providing excellent customer support. If your order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged, please contact our Customer Service department within 7 days of receipt of your order via e-mail at support@falkculinair.com or call us toll free during office hours Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm EDT, at (888) 575-3255 in the USA. Exceptions are made in the case of gifts.

All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Kentucky.
